Sharon Rashidi, Owner/Fitness Director
Sharon is a graduate of California State University Northridge and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Education. She is a nationally certified fitness leader, certified through International Fitness Trainers of America.
Sharon has been a dedicated health professional for more than 20 years and has been a professional fitness leader for the past 15 years. In addition, she is certified to teach Turbo Kick®, Zumba® Fitness, Pilates, Resist-A-Ball C.O.R.E, Medicine Ball, Step, Boot-Camp and High-Low Cardio Training.

| Scarlett Williams, Customer Service Manager
Scarlett holds an Associates Degree in Business Administration and is employed at Rock Tenn in Conover. She has served for the past six years as a customer service account manager, handling more than 30 accounts. Prior to her work at Rock Tenn, Scarlett was the Sales Manager for 10 years at Wales Fabrics.Scarlett is the proud mother of one daughter, Kayleigh. Scarlett has been working out with us for the last six years and decided to not only come to classes, but to join our staff...and we're so glad she did!

| Amy Buchanan, Boot Camp Instructor
Amy holds a degree in sports medicine and health/fitness from Westfield State College in Westfield, MA and has over 14 years of experience in personal training and exercise instruction. Amy's teaching credits include kickboxing, water exercise, prenatal exercise, youth fitness, yoga, core training, strength training and healthy back.
Amy is married with three children and enjoys helping women feel confident, strong, and healthy.

| Betsy Buff, Aerobic instructor
Betsy has been nationally AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) certified since 1998 and been teaching group exercise since 1996. She has taught group fitness at Rock Barn, the YMCA and Appalachian State University.
Betsy is the mother of two young boys and holds her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Master's Degree in Accounting.
Betsy feels that "people are more motivated to work out if they are in a group setting” and she'll make you feel right at home in her aerobic classes.

| Becky Dellinger - Fitness Instructor
Becky is both a nationally certified group exercise instructor and a personal trainer. She has been certified for group fitness exercise for the past 18 years through NDEITA. She is married and has one daughter. Becky's favorite quote: Exercise- "you don't have time not to."

| Amy Campbell , Yoga instructor
Amy has taken yoga classes since 1984 and started teaching in 1996 in Hickory. She has a YogaFit certification and many hours of training, particularly in the Anusara (Moving into Grace) approach to yoga practice developed by John Friend.
Amy emphasizes careful attention to alignment and breath and the use of props in asanas to insure safety and to make postures accessible to all students.

| April Gower, Front Desk
April is a fun energetic person who always greets gym members with a "Hey" and a smile. She's a people person that likes to help others as much as she can. April first came to The Perfect Workout as a client of owner Sharon Rashidi.
She has lost 108 pounds over the past five years with thirty of those pounds lost in the past year working at The Perfect Workout. She is an inspiration to others and a great role model.

| Brittany Hollar, Front Desk/ Trainer
Brittany comes to The Perfect Workout with a background in physical fitness and nutrition. Brittany takes great pleasure in helping others attain their ultimate fitness goal. She has dedicated the past eight years to fitness, healthy living, and wellness. Brittany has also studied skin care and is a licensed esthetician.
Her friendly and attentive personality goes hand in hand with her strong motivational skills. She is sure to make even the most
unambitious person excited to workout.

| Emily Williams - Front Desk
Emily is currently a sophomore at Fred T. Foard High School. She plays volleyball for her school in the Fall. Why does Emily like her job? "I love seeing people reach their goals and feel good about themselves. The best part is seeing members increase their number on the weight loss board. They've put so much sweat and hard work into that number. It's awesome watching Newton get healthier one pound at a time."

Ronnie is a black belt with 20 years experience in American Freestyle Karate and 3 years experience teaching self defense.

| Debbie Dunn - Instructor
Debbie is a graduate of Bakersfield College and has been a Registered Nurse for the past 15 years specializing in Intensive Care. She holds degrees in both Liberal Arts and Biological Sciences. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and is currently earning her certifications in both Fitness Nutrition and Fitness/Exercise Therapy through International Sports Sciences Association. Debbie has dedicated the past 5 years to fitness and after the birth of her fourth child was inspired to change paths and pursue a career in nutrition and fitness. Debbie enjoys sharing her passion for fitness and healthy living.
Debbie is a devoted wife and mother of four daughters. She finds great joy in home schooling her girls and also enjoys fitness challenges, running, creative cooking and is an avid "Survivor" fan.
