Medicine Ball Workout will help you develop strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, range of motion and mental toughness.

The goal of the beginning work is to learn the choreography of the exercises, master the key principals (Concentration, Centering, Fluidity, Precision, Breathing), and strengthen the deep abdominal and back muscles as well as increase flexibility and mobility.

This is the hottest new fitness craze that everyone is talking about. It is an emerging part of the fitness industry and is getting a lot of recognition for providing a great alternative or compliment to a regular exercise routine.  Expect to burn more calories than you would doing a normal workout at the gym.  You will increase your endurance, strength, muscle tone, flexibility and coordination.

A vigorous workout using weighted bars and boxing drills. A great Abdominal and back workout!

Yoga Lunch Stretch

Taught by Amy Campbell, this class consists of 5 minutes of focused breathing and centering, 30 minutes of basic asana (postures) with first 4 weeks being introduction to yoga asana, and 5 minutes of relaxation.

Mat Pilates

This energetic class enhances the fundamental understanding of core strength and stabilization as it applies to movement. The exercises selected are based on the principles of Classical Pilates mat work. This class is designed to show proper execution of form, breathing and technique to everyone in a self-paced yet challenging way.           

Super-charged Yogaliates

A strenuous technique that involves the stretching and strengthening of all the body's major muscle groups; creating a slender, streamlined shape rather than bulk. It enhances posture with its main focus being to strengthen the core postural muscles where the abdominal, lower back, pelvic floor and buttock muscles meet. Small hand weights and body bars are incorporated.

Step Moves

FUN INTENSE movements performed on and off a step platform. This class consists of beginner to intermediate step moves. The intensity level is determined by varying levels of speed, travel and execution of movements.  Body sculpting with weights will be incorporated.

Piloxing

Get whipped into shape in this action packed class. Both Pilates and Boxing techniques are combined for a complete workout! One pound weighted boxing gloves or Reebok one pound thumb-lock wrist weights are recommended.

Power Hour

This is an awesome cardio class. If you like kickboxing,step, or weights come try his class out!

Boot Camp

Focuses on developing and improving ones cardiovascular fitness through creative and unique exercises and activities. Weights, Tubes, Body Bars, Lunges and Squats will be incorporated.

Below the Belt

In just 40 minutes these rock solid lower body strength drills will cause you to make the class a regular.

Above the Belt

In just 40 minutes these rock solid lower body strength drills will cause you to make the class a regular. This strength training workout will compliment any cardio training perfectly.

Foam Roller Stretch

We use a round spherical foam rollar to stretch and tone muscles and tendons. Not only do we stretch, but we also strengthen the core and back muscles.

Butt & Lift

30 minute class working your gluteus to the Max!

Kettlebell Training

Kettlebell is a cast iron weight that resembles a cannon ball with a handle. This class is continuous motion giving a cardio, core, and upper body workout.

Body Sculpt

This class will sculpt your body using weights and bands. Each week we train a different body part. If you want to get sculpted and lean this is the class for you!

R.I.P.P.E.D.

Experience this total body 'Plateau Proof' workout utilizing resistance and cardio training, which masterfully combines resistance, intervals, power, plyometrics, endurance, and diet.

Friday:  6:00 am - 8:00 pm

Saturday:  8:00 am - 2:00 pm

Sunday:  Closed

Open every day of the year except:  New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and designated maintenance days.
